The other day I learned that Left Eye was supposed to be on the song Ruffneck by MC Lyte. But TLC’s manager requested 80% ownership, so it didn’t happen. Left Eye later used her verse from that track in the House Party 3 movie. So I grabbed the film and stemmed out the vocal and made a homemade version.

The last couple of bars of her rap got wonky and Kid N Play started coming in to get ready for the chorus so I replaced that ending by having her repeat 2 bars of her rap from earlier in her verse.
